Experience
Denise counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, probate administration and elder law with a special focus on life insurance trusts and issues relating to elders. Prior to Cody & Cody, Denise worked as a law clerk in Boston firms specializing in estate planning and property law. Denise holds a B.A. in Communications from Simmons College, an M.S. in Communications Management from Simmons College and a J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
Professional Activities and Accomplishments
Attorney Ouellet has given several presentations and lectures on estate planning and asset protection. Attorney Ouellet has also written articles concerning recent changes in estate tax law that have been published by Trusts & Estates Magazine and the New England Real Estate Journal.
