Lindsey Cavallaro

Attorney Lindsey Cavallaro advises our clients in designing and implementing estate plans which effectively accomplish a variety of different goals, ranging from disability planning and probate avoidance to minimizing state and federal estate tax exposure. Lindsey also assists clients with various asset protection strategies, including establishing and funding LLCs or Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts. Beyond advising clients, Lindsey oversees the estate planning process across the firm to ensure the quality of each plan. Lindsey also regularly participates in the Massachusetts Bar Elder Law Education Program, giving presentations to educate the public about the importance of a proper estate plan, and how to implement various strategies to prepare for future long-term care costs. Prior to joining the team at Cody, Cody & McCarthy, LLC in 2020, Lindsey gained experience in the Trust and Estates field through various internships and law clerk positions specializing in estate/trust planning and administration.
