About This Series

Strategic gifting allows families and individuals to share wealth during their lifetime while taking advantage of valuable tax benefits and maintaining control over broader estate planning goals. Annual exclusion gifts can be made each year without using lifetime exemption amounts, while larger gifts may leverage the remaining lifetime exemption to help preserve wealth for future generations. Join us for a virtual discussion about tax-efficient gifting and wealth transfer strategies.

Annual Exclusion Gifts

How gifts made each year can transfer wealth without using any portion of your lifetime exemption amount.

Lifetime Exemption Planning

When larger gifts make sense, and how leveraging the remaining lifetime exemption can preserve wealth for future generations.

Maintaining Control

Coordinating a gifting strategy with trusts, LLCs, and the broader goals of your estate plan so you keep control of the outcome.
