Spencer Duhamel

Spencer is an Associate Attorney who works closely with Senior Attorneys and Partners on various matters concerning asset protection, advanced estate planning, estate and gift tax analysis, and real estate recording. His legal interests include estate planning, contracts, and gift taxation. In 2022, Spencer began his time at Cody, Cody & McCarthy, LLC as a Law Clerk during his second year of law school and has been with the firm ever since. In his free time, Spencer enjoys playing golf at various courses in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and is a lifelong fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and Boston Bruins.
